The Absolute Best Steak You'll Ever Make
When my fiancee and I first met, I thought it would be great to surprise him with a broiled steak dinner with all the fixings. He seemed to enjoy my cooking, but gently let me know that he "has a way" around cooking a steak that makes him want to throw his charcoal grill out, as well as never ordering a steak out. The next time we made a steak, we cooked it "his way" using Chef Paul's Blackened Steak Magic, and I was absolutely blown away with how tender, and flavorfully delicious this steak was! Not to mention just how easy it was to prepare the perfect steak. With hardly any mess, don't even bother with the broiler and throw the grill away!
