Everything was securely packaged and described accurately. I received the item quickly and I am very pleased with the whole shopping/buying/receiving process. The price was the lowest I had witnessed on a Mike Reno signed guitar. Getting ready to see them in concert in November for the 2nd time, pretty cool knowing I will have this guitar hanging in my studio while I am there. Will buy again form this seller.
