They are pristine and chromed, just as pictured. Only one somewhat is able to be picked up by a magnet, so I'll call them being of a metallic material. I haven't tested them out yet. At the time, the seller offered the best value for the quantity I was looking for. I appreciate the seller's efforts in making this a smooth transaction.

Had that not been in the photos on the website I would have expected better packaging from the seller to protect the items. Other sellers had better packaging. Items were exactly as described and arrived in the condition as pictured. Items themselves were new but boxes were worn and shabby - to the sellers credit they did depict that in their photos.
