Having sugar that doesn't spike your insulin & is zero calories with a clean no aftertaste flavour, definitely ticks all the boxes. I try & carry some decanted amount with me where ever I go so that I can enjoy my tea & coffee without the guilt. Happy days

So I now I'm reducing amount I use to 100g per week.
