Found this handy tool and gave it a try. Resets the counters on the ink cartridges and allows me to get back to printing again. This is amazing! Very happy to no longer be a slave to the costly replacement when their is ink still in the cartridges.

Seller cannot control the quality assurance from those who manufacture or refurbish. Seller reimbursed all payment in quick fashion. I understood prior to transaction that not all products are guaranteed to work. Good seller!
