  I paid over $45 postage, it took over a month in total to get to me. The packaging was pitiful & it’s a miracle that the bowl made it to me in one piece. The bowl is as describe but with the very poor packaging, over a month for delivery & very high postage I don’t think this was at all good value for money. Add to this I contacted the seller to see if they could make things good & I received an un empathetic response & nothing towards resolution. I recommend giving this seller a miss.

  Crystal Stemware was priced well, arrived promptly, was package so carefully, shipping was reasonable, stemware was in lovely condition and the description was for the item was accurate. It was the goblet I needed. Would gladly recommend seller.

  One dish arrived broken. It wasn’t packed well. It was loose and easily unraveled when I opened it. I sent the seller a picture of the pair showing the one broken, but got no response. I wanted to leave a negative experience but it won’t let you. It wants you to contact the seller so at first I took the picture and sent it but nothing came of it. Won’t buy from this seller again.
