This is been arguably one the hardest ebay sales we've had to endure, all for $9. The customer is right btw, the belt we sent is 81" inside circumference and 83" outside circumference and also is exactly as we have advertised. V belts have 2 dimensions, an inside and outside circum. Had the customer installed the belt, they would have seen a perfect fit.
