Ordered item by mistake and when it arrived i contacted them to return it without opening the box. they sent me a return label and I sent it back. It was only a few days after they received the item that they issued a refund. there was very good communication during this time would recommend them for any purchase

Well, this has been quite a journey. I ordered this 27” iMac and it arrived with expert packaging. However, I could not disguise my dismay when I realized the screen had been smashed in. The merchant was responsive and eager to make the purchase right. Long story short, after packaging up the damage Mac (UGH) and lugging it to UPS, I finally received the replacement! It was a great day because this Mac was just as advertised. After a few ups and downs, Stock4less did a great job.

An excellent value in a smaller iMac!
I've always had Macs for production - print, web, audio, and video. I haven't upgraded my main work station (a 27" Mac) for about 6 years now, so although this isn't the newest, top-of-the-line unit by any stretch, it is very fast, has a beautiful display and is everything I hoped for and more. A lot of people seem to stay away from used or refurbished units and maybe I've always just been lucky, but I have never had a problem and have always been pleased by my purchases. They are a tremendous value (of course you have to buy carefully!) but they are well worth it. In particular, this 2017 iMac 21.5 inch is at least for now, fast enough for everything I'm throwing at it and it's a pleasure to work with. It arrived on time as planned, made the trip with me into NYC from LI and has ... I've always had Macs for production - print, web, audio, and video. Not a laptop to be sure, but relatively easy to transport and of course, set up is a snap.

An iMac that runs the latest iOS for under 5 bills….
I was looking for an iMac of the 2017 vintage or newer (so it could be upgraded to the latest iOS Ventura) but it had to be under $400 AND have at least a Core i5 processor, 16 gigs of RAM and an SSD hard drive. Pretty daunting challenge. But I did it. This unit (see picture but ignore the keyboard, trackpad and mouse - I bought those separately) had a Quad Core i5 processor, the 16 gigs of RAM I wanted, and a 256 gig SSD hard drive. All for just over 3 bills shipped to me. It fired right up, got the immediate upgrade to Ventura, and once the Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse arrived (a day later) I was good to go. And this 2017 iMac is everything I’d hoped for. Best professional IMAC you can get for the price
After using a Windows PC for 20 years, I came back home to Apple. I love this IMAC. I will never look back. No crashes, blue screens, endless updates!!!! This refurbished IMAC came packaged like new. Easy to set up. This is best deal anywhere! Thank you!

Good computer!
I’ll get this out of the way: I’m NOT crazy about the Magic BT keyboard. It’s WAAAY better than those crappy butterfly kb; but it’s one of the least favorite of the many Apple kb’s I’ve had. The issue I have is key travel & tactile feedback; they travel about 1/4 of a mm. Other than that - I’m VERY happy with the computer. Beautiful screen; fast & stable OS (Big Sur); the sound is great; Magic Mouse is excellent.I’ll get this out of the way: I’m NOT crazy about the Magic BT keyboard.
