Works great with Comcast and mixed MOCA hardware. Verizon service not required.

Finally a MoCA adapter which has multiple ethernet ports and a full speed 2.5Gb port.
This MoCA adapter has a true 2.5Gbit ethernet interface, along with three 1 Gbit ethernet interfaces. This combination of multiple interfaces eliminates the need for an external ethernet switch. I replaced my three goCoax MoCA WF803M adapters, each paired w/Netgear 1Gb switches with three ASK-MAE340 adapters. This allowed me to reduce hardware, wires & plugs, while doubling my file transfer speed between systems on my home network. Good stuff all around. The downsides 1) I don't like the single key-slot style mounting hole -- how the heck is this thing suppose to stay firmly mounted in place when there are multiple cables plugged into it? 2) there is only an RF-input on the unit, though they do supply an external splitter. My previous goCoax adapters had a RF-output (MoCA filtered) such that I can chain a cable/set-top box; now I've got to add more coax & splitter & MoCA filter to do the same job on the RF side. :-PBestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

MoCa Ethernet Adapter
I could not receive WiFi in the room in my house where my television is set up, so streaming was out. The MoCa was advertised as a way to bring Ethernet to this room using my existing coaxial cable. I ordered the MoCa hoping that this would work. The product was shipped in a timely fashion and arrived in perfect condition.
