This was allegedly sent by 48hour Royal Mail service. After 4 days, I approached the supplier to advise my toaster had not arrived and asked them to supply the tracking details. They said it 'MIGHT be lost', and as they were out of stock they kindly issued me a refund...hmmm. Such a waste of time!
