Players must create a dream team by recruiting as many legends as possible from a roster that includes Johnny Unitas, Jerry Rice, Barry Sanders, Walter Payton, and John Elway. Although there is no official NFL license, gamers can recognize their favorite players by their physical appearance and the familiar style and color of each character's uniform. Games are played at fictional stadiums around the country and logos for each group are similar to those found on the jerseys of real-life teams. Players are able to play through a season alone or challenge friends through offline play and online multiplayer action.

    REAL FOOTBALL not that Madden Garbage

    S/o to King Javo. 2K Football Now. & the entire SFL community on keeping this game alive & well. A true football experience with the best gameplay to date. Not just a bunch of animations & pay to play like madden. No this is the real deal. & thanks to King Javo for his new editor which can be found on simheads there is no need to even think about buying madden. Let’s talk about a 12 year old game that still has online severs. Not to mention a FAST GROWING community of people who are sick of maddens garbage year after year. (Listen at me sounding like RyanMoody21) but seriously if you are thinking about buying APF2K8. Stop thinking and act now. Buy this game!! You won’t regret it.     one of the best football games ever!!!!!!

    litterally the best football gameplay EVER!!!!! like its unexplainably good your just gonna have to play it to find out Graphics aren't as good as madden 08 but this game has better gameplay than madden 20. Its the second greatestg football game ever in my eyes. number 1 goes to nfl 2k5, this game has better gameplay but 2k5 has the NFL license and more modes.

    Bring back 2K football!

    2K football series was always one of the best to do it in the simulation realm... Since the purchase of the NFL license by EA sports Madden has been running dominance but it's not good..... 2K football games gave you the real football experience that lovers of the sport die for and with this installment of 2K8 at the time even though not NFL license game... It still gave you that immersive gameplay and football experience that true simulation fans love!
