The seller created a unique parts order for me based on the items and quantities I wanted. That’s above and beyond service and value.

The items arrived relatively quickly (from Ukraine to USA). There was a minor mixup with one of the items. The packaging had the correct label but the items did not match (different tire tread than expected). HotModelStudio got in contact with the manufacturer and discovered the issue.
