Quality and Big Improvements
I bought this iPad 8th generation to update from the iPad 2 Mini I've used for the last 5 years. It won't be used for working, only home entertainment, but this will be a good investment going forward. It is a lot faster and more responsive than my old iPad 2, regarding both the touchscreen and quickness in the system. The screen is a big improvement from the old one, which does have Retina, but this looks sharper and more detailed. The 8th gen was magically easy to transfer all my info from the old iPad, in less than 10 minutes. The features such as Picture-in-Picture and Dual Screen are much easier to use on the 8th generation. The sound is clearer, and the mic picks up my questions to Siri even through the iPad case I put it in. My only issue is: though the 8th gen has a round earphone jack, it does not fit my Apple earbuds' jack plug. It does fit the earbuds' Lightning plug through the Lightning jack, but then I can't use earbuds when plugged into power source. I'm still exploring all that this new iPad has to offer, so I'll probably solve that soon.

Bright and beautiful... but not the battery.
I bought this as a sheet music viewer to replace my iPad 2, which was no longer holding an adequate charge. However, this brand new iPad discharges about as fast. Hopefully, it’s just a setting issue. (I need the screen to stay on at full brightness for 1-2 hours at a time)

Big step up from a Mini
My Mini 2 had become terribly outdated. This gen 8 is a huge step in the right direction. Really enjoying the large screen and speed of this unit. Setup was easy and fast. A quality product at a very good price. This unit might be used, but it looks and feels like a brand new IPad.

Amazing Condition!
My iPad came in perfect condition. Seems brand new! The battery life is great, no lag or anything. Perfect for a lower priced option!

Great iPad
The iPad 8th gen. is a great deal with 10.2 inch screen and the A12 and years of support. The 2020 iPad works with the Apple Pencil 1st gen. And runs procreate amazing.

Amazing product, easy to navigate!
Absolutely love it every bit as much if not more than the iPad Generation 4 it replaced for me! Expected to need a long transition time to get used to the changes of a newer model as I am VERY technologically challenged and usually struggle really hard with changes in electronics. But the changes were for once very minor and have not frustrated me at all! So much fun to actually be able to explore all the apps out there again, it's been some years since they stopped making apps that could be downloaded to the gen 4. And all of my favorites from that iPad are still available on this new to me one! To anyone else out there investigating what they would like, this one is the only one I could find with a nice big screen as well! Sits very comfortably in my lap or propped in it's stand on the table, and I don't need my cheaters to be able to read the small stuff! The battery lasts about two weeks for me, if I mostly only play offline games and do a bit of online window shopping. If I am streaming movies while I am sewing then it can make it about three days. I have not done any ebooks on it yet but assume the battery will respond the same as streaming movies, depending on how long I sit and read each time.

iPad 8th Generation Excellent
This 8th gen iPad has a slightly larger screen than my old one. The battery has 4 times the capacity, so less charging cycles. It's pretty much what I'd expect from Apple.

Great ipad
Bought the iPad with a defect and was told I can bring it back to Apple . I did just that, they gave me a brand new iPad ; I’m happy
