While I have many Beach Boys recordings,...
While I have many Beach Boys recordings, you really need to be a Beach Boys fanatic to appreciate this particular album for sound quality. While these concerts recordings have other important significance including the stage absence of Brian Wilson and brother Dennis unable to play drums, there's still the need for much better sound quality and balance.

A great live band
a SURPRISINGLY great live band. The early Surfin California Girls stuff was only a minor part of their music, and these performances feature a lot of their later more sophisticated tunes. Great songs, Great Musicians, Great Performances
