Great modern G1-ish Soundwave.
The Netflix Series Soundwave is another wonderful figure for the Transformers franchise. The homage to the G1 toy is combined well with the modern figure articulation is wonderful. Could it have been done better? Probably, but this is a great figure. Coming with Lazerbeak and Ravage makes this a set well worth the price. My only complaint is that I never saw this figure in the store that it was supposed to be exclusive to.

Best of the recent Soundwave figures!
As I was getting back into collecting Transformers, I wanted to track down the best recent versions of the characters I was most interested in. I looked at every option for Soundwave, but the MP version was long out of print with only cheap knock offs available, and the other recent versions had him transform into this ship thing? If I'm going to have Soundwave, I wanted one that was an update of the classic boombox transformation. I then came across this figure, paid a little bit more than I probably should have since it was just recently but in production, anymore, but worth it. It's a great figure, good points of articulation, very posable, and his eyes glow a little with overhead light, which only adds to his coolness, especially in shots!

A Transformer must have.
An iconic if not the most iconic Decepticon character. Unsure of the third gun but still pretty fun.

Netflix Transformers Earthrise Soundwave
Similar to the g1 version of Soundwave toy and the cartoon. Red eyes Easy to pose and knees bend. Transforms into a classic cassette player and comes with an earth condor version of Laserbeak and Ravage transforms into cassettes. This Soundwave can turn into a cassette player and the siege version turns into a space ship and needed upgrade pieces to turn into a cassette player. I'm happy with this version of Soundwave.

Finally a transforming Soundwave with animation accurate red eyes. Anfter some research the only other Soundwave figure I found with red eyes was the old Action Master from the early 90s every other has had the yellow

It's not "durable... but what do you expect? It's a transformers Acton figure. Still, good price.

Best Soundwave
Best Soundwave in a long while. A mini masterpiece as many of its line tend to be. Arrived on time and well worth the money bundled with his extra cassetticons as he was.
