    This book is one of the best to have in your recovery toolbox. If you dealing with a friend or loved one with an alcohol problem this is the book for you. This book is also good for those in NarAnon also as they OPboth follow the same 12 step program . This book is for YOUR recovery not theirs.

    Such a wise and helpful book...

    This is one of the most helpful books I know. I refer to it often. The Chapter on Alanon slogans is especially good. I read it daily.
