Love this unit. Great for making Natto.
This is a superb unit. It is easy to set temperature and duration. I purchased it because of the wide available temperature option. I use it for making my own Natto from organic soy beans and a powder culture, easy and successful every time. 39c for 24 hours and it is done. Next I want to try Koji ... should be just as easy. There is plenty of volume/space inside. With 5is unit you can ferment or culture anything, yoghurt, kefir, and much more. Highly recommend.

brilliant piece of equipment
this makes the best greek yogurt ,thick &creamy,i used uht full milk, also tried semi-skimmed with yeo yogurt to start it off, left10 hrs full crm, 11 hrs semi , strained 2-3 hrs yogurt perfection!! so easy and simple to clean. my husband loves it too. well done lakeland!!

Great Little Machine
This small yoghurt maker is ideal for making both yoghurt and cheese. It's very easy to use but I recommend you watch the instructions on YouTube to get perfect results each time. The Greek yoghurt is lovely and the cheese didn't last very long at all. Don't expect a quick product though, both items are nearly 24 hours to make but well worth it.

Great yoghutt
This yoghurt maker produces lovely plain and Greek type yoghurt not made the soft cheese yet, but pleased with the quality that Lakeland always delivers.

Smart easy to use machine
This is a great little machine. It makes delicious creamy Greek Style Yoghurt. Am looking forward to making cheese next. Am very pleased that I bought it.

What a great gadget.
Many thanks for the yoghurt maker which was very well packed and in excellent condition. The Lakeland instructions leave a lot to be desired but after a little research the first batch is done. It’s a little joyous miracle to open it up and see the transformation and it tastes lovely and creamy. I will try a soft cheese next.

Excellent!
Excellent product that makes great Greek yogurt! It would be great if Lakeland could also sell a larger yogurt maker for larger batches.
