Improved design for an old 8S43-18C266 AD
Real OEM part. This was a replacement for a plastic coolant bypass hose on 2008 ford focus. It connects the thermostat, EGR valve, and goes to the back and connects to the cabin heating system. The old one developed a crack in the plastic part which pretty much sat quite close to the radiator. Good part
It is a little bit more difficult to install in a 08 ford focus 2.0L. But its worth the install compared to the OEM plastic part. Also recommend replacing the water outlet on side of engine as well.
