  • Thought provoking

The book provides useful insight into the disruptive behavior in organizations by individuals with the specified personality types/traits. The authors academic credentials make it a more compelling read.

  • PERFECT!

Easy read, humorous but true examples given. This would be a good book for those just entering the job market and of course those that are already employed. I also believe that this book would be helpful for those indivduals who are college students. I am sure that they have some great examples of faculty, administrators who they have daily contact with during their matriculation in the academic enviorment.
