Convenient, Durable, Attractive
I originally wanted to replace a 20-year old set of electric salt and pepper grinders, which were convenient, durable, attractive, effective and unavailable. I did a lot of research and found the Cole and Mason Derwent set was constantly well-rated - surprisingly even in the electric grinder lists. They completely live up to the hype. My search has ended
I've been looking for a nice salt & pepper grinder set for years. I'd get something and it was either too hard to adjust the grind size, or too hard to fill, or just cheap looking. Well this Cole & Mason set has met all my wants and wishes. High quality, very classy, so easy to adjust and fill. The first set i bought was for a gift.. I was so impressed with how they looked, I bought a set for myself. Then i was so impressed with how they worked, i bought 3 more sets for gifts. More expensive for a reason
I went back and forth with the decision to buy these. I've always had salt and pepper grinders but I had the cheap ones. I finally broke down and got these and let me tell you, there is no contest. Quality grinders
After having battery operated grinders, and the salt grinders wearing out, we decided to try this one. We were so pleased, we purchased another one as a wedding gift. We also like the various grind adjustments on both grinders. The battery type grinders are also heavier and don't hold as much salt/pepper. Love this set!
having worn out a few sets of grinders through the years I thought it was time to do some research and find a set that will last long, work well and look good on the table. I know these look great on the table and time will tell about the longevity. I did do my homework though and the materials used to make these should easily work well for years. The settings on these are easy to change, and there is a difference to each setting that is easy to notice. Filling them is easy and the grinding is easy. Quality Salt & Pepper set by Cole & Mason.
