The stuff to get for leather.
I used pure lanolin first on my leather, then moved to so seal, which is a great product but these Aussies have it down. Meant to condition horse tack etc in Australia's dry climaye, it will do exceptionally well in my part of the world. Definitely recommend this for dry locations for sure. But the protection this offers would work just as well in more humid climates, the waterproofing capabilities are unbelievable and it says right on the HUGE jar protects well under freezing temp as well. All around my favorite. Just rub it . in thoroughly, I use my bare hands, and let it sit until it either soaks it all up, or stops drying, then either reapply if needed, or just buff dry with a soft cloth. I use this on my leather knives and sheaths mostly, but it's on my belt, my boots, my gloves, my ... Also gel rest for restoring dry leather. I had a 100+ year old leather handled knife that was dry but only barely chipped and missing no rings whatsoever. I'll try to attach before and after pics. As well as one of my 1950's CASEXX hunting knife with original stacked leather handle and sheath... it's perfect! It took a week or 2 of daily rub downs and letting it dry before the old one came back but this thing is supple and the color came back etc, highly recommend this for your leather and I've used all the methods I've heard of over the years, I'm pretty sure it's almost pure lanolin and beeswax... they just got the perfect mix! Buy it!

Fiebings leather conditioner.
My custom holster maker recommends and uses only Fiebings leather conditioner so I went ahead and bought it for all my holster rigs, bandoliers, slings, wallets, boots and shoes and that is just so far. You will see how well it really works immediately. The jar comes with 15ozs and it does go a long way if used sparingly as suggested. Amazing product. Excellent value leather conditioner!!
This lanolin based leather conditioner is excellent. I`ve started restoring a 30 year old leather jacket and it is amazing. It will take a few more weeks of soaking in to the jacket (it was totally dried out) and I`ve ordered another pot of this stuff! Also fed a vintage Coach briefcase and old leather Harley D biker boots, just perfect - this product is just the best. It`s like vaseline in consistency and smells a bit like gasoline, however there is no smell once on the item you`re conditioning and it just soaks right in. Good For Vintage Leathers
I tried this for the first time to help bring a 70 year old Horsehide jacket back to life. It works very well the leather soaked up the cream and soften it up nicely. I would say the only complaint I have is I wish it had even more beeswax and were even thicker than it already is. It’s a very good value for the amount you get and is great for vintage Leathers.

Cost effective old school product
This product evened out the color of my sun faded saddlebags. Made them more pliable and looking good. The product is consistent and easy to apply with minimal waste.
