saved me
Several times I "knew for certain" I was coming down with a cold. I'd take one of the ZICAM pills (let it dissolve in my mouth) every 3,4 hours throughout the day, and by the next day I'd be 100% perfect. I know myself, and I believe I indeed would have come down with a nasty cold if not for this product.

Great cold remedy
I love this product when taken according to directions and as soon as cold symptoms begin. It is recommended to take it as soon as possible and continue until symptoms subside. In many cases, symptoms will lessen in severity or go away completely.

Keeps us healthy!
I don't care what anyone says, Zicam helps keeps respiratory infections at bay when used at the first sign of one. It's great stuff and I wouldn't be without it!

this seems to work well for me if f I take it at the first signs of a cold or sore throat. I keep it on my nightside table

Helps
I rarely get a bad cold when I use Zicam. Years ago without it, my colds would linger with a cough for weeks at times. No more. I believe in this product!
