Nonstop trimming with this jewel.
Wife said it was looking scruffy outside. I told her I would take care of that. I purchased this trimmer for her. She loves it. Plenty of power, no gas or dead batteries to deal with. Good weed-eater and I would recommend it...
Good weed-eater and I would recommend it to anyone that wants to have and use a 110volt weed-eater. However BlacK and Decker refuses to provide a usefull plug interface. It's too small for many extension cord plugs. This design error exists on every piece of B&D plug-in yard equipment I own. Very economical and effective
I really like this electric trimmer for our large rental house. You will need a super long extension cord, but it's worth it for a $50 trimmer. The trimmer works well on grass, but has a little trouble on larger weeds or errant thin branches. The spools are easy to replace but do go fast. Make sure you buy extra spools. Lots of Power

Great trimmer with one minor issue.

Great corded machine
Yes I do think it is a 5 star product! If you compare this model to my original grass hog, smile, its a winner and people don't laugh when they see me use it! Yes its corded, but is very powerful, easy to use, has a great balance and is simple to use. on my thirty by sixty front lawn set on a sloped area of about forty degrees. Very good for the money.

Amazing electric string trimmer.
This Black and Decker 6.5 amp string trimmer is amazing. It cuts through thick tall weeds like butter and does not get bunched up like the popular 2 string trimmer does. This one is easy to put together and easier to use. It has power to spare and cuts my entire back yard in about an hour. I give out but the trimmer is ready to cut more.. Slick unit, easy to use.
These are a nice little machine, for the money they last well, work well and will do most any trimming around any home.
