L'oreal Pencil Perfect Works Great And Stays Put All Day!
Just started using this eyeliner about a month ago, and I Love It! Goes on Smoothly and it lasts all day! I love L'oreal products and have never been disappointed.

Glides on smoothly.
This works perfectly for eyeliner. The color softens the looks instead of bold black. The pencil doe not tug at your eyelid. goes on smoothly.
