They were very understanding and offered a few options to resolve the issues. Turns out, it was only a battery problem (this watch has 2 batteries) who knew. Very Happy with the watch, great seller. I will do business with this seller again for sure. Thank you!!! 6/5 Stars if i could....

No amount of troubleshooting fixed the issue). I got a full refund. The seller was super responsive and I appreciate that! No fault of the seller because he would have had to break the new packaging to test.
