We need more movies like this series!
All of the Love Comes Softly movies in this set were very good. It was great to be able to watch the reoccurring characters grow and start their own stories, while still keeping the original characters and their history intact. If there was another set of 10 movies, I would buy them too! These movies are made with a Christian slant but it is not over the top, preachy or offensive in any way. excellent watching, great characters.

Great Family Viewing
Love seeing the family grow and change through the years. The characters are believable and well developed. Take a few minutes online and research which DVD to start with. Good, clean, inspirational stories with great costumes and sets.
Great, old-fashioned, historic, family stories with no violence or obscene language. It's unfortunate that most of the husbands get killed off, which did not happen in the books. It’s nice to watch programming that shows love at its best. Love, as not just a word to be repeated but a word that shows the difference in really loving someone.
