Lost John Carpenter Film On Blu-Ray HD
This is the 1970's broadcast TV by John Carpenter. For years it wasn't even available on DVD. Thankfully the technology has caught up with a lot of those retro films, and this is a good example. The movie detail is clear and sharp> The colors could use a bit more saturation, but considering the time when it was originally filmed, I am impressed that the quality is as good as it is. The soundtrack is fine, better than some of the older movies.There is also a commentary track, but not by any of the actors. Still, the commentary is interesting and informative. It is widescreen, 24 FPS film, and definitely HD. If you like John Carpenter movies, or remember this from the broadcast TV days, you will be pleased with this movie.
