A must-have for your P238
The additional round this holds is nice, but the extension to the grip makes a big difference. A woman with small hands might not care one way or the other for the added grip room, but guys with large hands will love it. This mag provides just enough extension to allow you to get your pinkie on the grip, instead of having it curled underneath. That might not sound like much, but it provides additional control and confidence. The weapon just feels better with this magazine. I love my Springfield XD-9. I'd love to own a Kimber Custom .45 ACP. But this little pocket .380 is my everyday carry weapon. This mag makes a good handgun even better. P.S. Just what I needed
This was exactly what I needed to make my Sig Sauer P238 a perfect fit for me! I love my gun and the extended finger grip was just the ticket to make it better. This is an awesome gun without the extended finger grip but it's more comfortable with the extra space for my pinky to rest. The magazines are easy to load and fit perfect. I put 50 rounds through them the first day without one malfunction. Better magazine for the P238
I recently bought a Sig Sauer P238 HD. All stainless steel, better than the other models with parts made of aluminum. Only, it came with only one 6 round mag. I know this pistol is one of the best out there thats why it's ridiculously overpriced for a small pistol. For 800 bucks with tax and everything, an extra magazine would be a good accessory included. But no. I had to buy a better magazine for it. This 7 round extended mag is a great accessory for the little gun. It's really good it's sold here for a fair but really an expensive price for a magazine. It's okay since there are no other choices out there. I am so happy there are sellers here on eBay. Top Quality
I've owned many SigSauer pistols and rifles and in my opinion they are among the best that money can buy. I recently picked up a tiny P238 for pocket carry and it is a gem. My only complaint is that Sig ships it with only one magazine. The one that came with the gun is a flush fitting 6 round unit. I bought several aftermarket mags and they work just fine but are not of the quality of Sig. These factory mags hold an extra round but more importantly are slightly extended with a finger rest. This little finger rest may make it ever so slightly less concealable but the added controllability of the pistol far outweighs that. These Mags Make the P238 Even More Enjoyable to Shoot
The Sig P238 is a GREAT shooting .380 carry pistol. It has fantastic night sights and is very accurate for such a small pistol. BUT, adding the 7-round extended magazine makes it an even better shooting pistol because the extended base plate lets you wrap your pinky finger around the magazine for a tighter grip and better recoil control. Sig Top Quality
Ok...what is there really to say. If you know Sig Sauer then you already know they manufacture and sell top quality replacement parts. Why would one go somewhere else to save a few dollars and risk malfunctions just when your life may depend on reliability? I need to know I can rely on it when and if the need arises. Quality Magazine
2nd or 3rd I've purchased to have spares. Consistently feeds as you would expect. and the extra length improves the grip. My will only use these when shooting the P238. I've tried the types that modify the clip to add a round and give you extra grip. They don't seem to always have the consistency that these do. Great oem product!
The extra grip afforded with the extended magazine extends the functional range of the Sig p238, reduces perceived recoil, and of course, increases carrying capacity. The slight sacrifice in concealability is offset by the control gained during battery, as the little fingers' input into managing rotation of the handgun during firing has a huge impact on accuracy and comfort. P238 extended mags, you know you need more
Perfect additional magazines. I like the feel of the extended magazines, a little bit more grip and a lot more stability. I'm always cautious about after market manufacturers. However since these are Sig, I know they are good. No worries about performance. Only gripe with Sig, is they only supply a single magazine with purchase. Great Mag & Great Price
The Sig P238 is a great firearm, but it can be a little small in the hand at times. This mag extends the grip length the perfect amount, so the firearm is more comfortable and controllable. Plus, the price is currently $10-$15 cheaper than my local stores which is a bonus.
