If you need the additional capability of an iMacPro, this is a good buy.
New, this is a marvelous machine. Generally, this product line is over-priced (new machines from Apple). Refurbished, it becomes a better purchase. For a long-term purchase, this was a substantial discount from the new model and very capable. Love the iMac Pro
Love this iMac Pro. I switched from a 2017 iMac with a 3.8 ghz intel core i5 with 40 GB of ram, and to be honest, I can't tell a huge performance difference unless I'm video editing or doing graphic design in Photoshop/Illustrator. Regardless, the price wasn't much higher to with the the iMac Pro so I'm happy with the purchase.
