Excellent product at a great price. Ingredients are exactly as shown online. Can feel the flush of the niacin. And with MTHFR diagnosis I know the ingredients are certainly as stated on the label. All the B's you need!
This is a great, quality B complex supplement! I've been using it for years to keep my energy level up. I realized just lately that the B1 portion of this complex is smaller than I could use. Best vitamins for heart disease all in one capsule.
I have a form of heart disease and my Cardiologist recommended I take B-100 complex vitamins along with my low dose aspirin every night. It has all of the B vitamins to support your heart, arteries and veins throughout your body. The "100" means that each B vitamin has at least 100 mg or more of that particular B vitamin.
