The Keyboard came in its original box taped with a white plastic bag like cover and delivered by FedEx. All parts were included inside, and the condition appeared like new, not counting the box. With the added coupon this was a great value. The only thing missing from the description on the web site was what mechanical keys where included. Mine were Red. The quality in my opinion, you just can't ask for better without paying a lot more. The delivery time was spot-on. I recommend seller.

sold as "Open box" “The item in this listing is an Open Box (packaging maybe slightly distressed)". The item arrived with a "reconditioned:" sticker. This was clearly misrepresented in the item listing. I attempted to cancel the purchase within seconds of hitting the buy now button because I wanted new and not open box. My request was refused because the seller had "already shipped" the item. Another clear misrepresentation. I won't buy from this type of seller in the future.

It still had tags & was in sealed clear bags. Tags still attached to shoulder strap. Completely pleased with it matching post description. The value was great as it didn’t exceed new prices vs places such as Amazon since shipping was included. Speaking of shipping, that was fast & timely too. Does what it says it can.
Does a good job sweeping and mopping. Mapping program has a problem with a large house (gets lost). When dividing the task into smaller units works fine. Have had for a month and still learning about it features. It is a work saver for my wife.

It leaves a lot of streak marks on the floor
It does not work as advertised, It does mop the floor, but you can see a lot of streak marks on the floor. I have tried different types of pads, I am using recommended cleaning solution with no luck. my next try will be with vinegar and water to see if I have a little bit of luck. If the vinegar and water does not work, I will put it up for sale on eBay.

Not as Groundbreaking as the Roomba i7 Vacuum, Still a Super Helpful Little Device
I've seen some not-so-great reviews about the M6 and I can understand why, BUT i'm here you tell you if you love your Roomba vacuum you're going to love this mop too, just with one caveat. You need to get through the mapping process and setup some "no go zones." I feel like the biggest complaint with this mop is that it gets "stuck" but there is a work around. On my first mapping run, this mop went down a slight incline into the laundry room and couldn't get back up. After I addressed that, the mop went WAY deep into a carpeted area (even though it's supposed to recognize carpeting). So started over, I physically blocked off the areas I didn't want it to go with gates and furniture, mapped it, mapped it again. Then I moved all my gates and used the "no go zones" for the areas I ... I've seen some not-so-great reviews about the M6 and I can understand why, BUT i'm here you tell you if you love your Roomba vacuum you're going to love this mop too, just with one caveat. The proof is in the pudding. Run the M6 with the dry pad and look how much dirt and pet hair it picks up, it's pretty impressive. After the iPhone I really feel like the Roomba i7+ vacuum is the 2nd coolest piece of consumer technology. The Braava M6 isn't that game changing, but I would definitely put it in my top 10 pieces of consumer tech.

Great addition to the iRobot crew
I have a roomba i3+ and the BraavaJet m6 is a good pair to have with this vacuum. The mapping works well and allows me to only clean certain areas of the house if needed. It dry mops and wet mops so you can choose what works best. Switching between the dry and wet mop features is as simple as switching the pad. I do wish you could buy the cleaning solution from somewhere other than iRobot and that there were more safe cleaners to use in the Braava Jet. I was particularly impressed with the mopping capabilities from a robotic mop. With these two particular units, I only have to deep clean about once per week. As a Healthcare professional, it saves me a lot of time and keeps my house cleaner between manual cleanings. Overall, would recommend this product.
