I can't say these were resealed, because everything looked good in this box, and the Final Fantasy Play Booster box I purchased, but I will say that even though everything looked sealed, the order of the cards in at least the FF box were completely out of order as far as every other booster I've opened. Looking at other reviews, I'd say this seller is suspect, but cant say 100%
