Dance Mix
This is an easy to follow dance dvd, giving you the choice to opt out of some of the routines if they seem too hard. It is light and entertaining and uplifting. Good value for money and gets me moving!

DARCY BUSSELL - ALL BUSTLE & SWING
Wasn't too sure what to expect with a dance keep fit kit but after Christmas bingeing I needed something other than a diet plan ! This is the perfect mix for me 14 different dance styles to suit all ages from 1960's to modern day slow or fast and 2 x versions of each one i.e. the explanatory version where she goes thro' each step gradually and then the version where she shows you how its done in one fluid go - she has two guys either side of her as well .What I particularly like is the way she says 'don't worry if you make a mistake ' it'll all come good .It's great fun and I'm already feeling fitter and stronger after just a few days I'll be back into my slimmer clothes in no time 10/10

This video is just what I wanted, easy to use and fully explains the dances. I have enjoyed dancing to this in my living room and will be for many a year.

Darcey Bussell's DDMIX dvd is the perfect lockdown companion, with a varied selection of dance styles in achievable two and a half minute exercises. You can run the class straight through, or tailor your own session from your favourites, top and tailed with the short warm-up and cool-down sections. Darcey is the perfect teacher- easy to follow and encouraging.

Great DVD For all ages.
Great DVD easy to follow workouts which gets the heart pumping .Only thing i did not like with the DVD. Is the music could of been a bit better.But still enjoyed working out to it .

Not for me.
This would be good for a younger person than me. I'm late sixties and fairly fit and agile but couldn't keep up.!

Good dancing fun
Darcy &Co provide entertaining and lively dancing. It's fun if you have the energy. Practice no doubt will make perfect !.
