Product Information

This sequel to the popular EC Comics parody once again brings an anthology of Stephen King's tales to the screen. In "Old Chief Wood'nhead," a dime store Indian comes to life and exacts bloody retribution on those who murdered its owner; "The Raft" details four teenagers descent into terror as they are stranded in the middle of a lake patrolled by a carnivorous gelatin monster; "The Hitchhiker" tells the tale of a woman's fateful date with destiny after she runs down a nightime hitcher. As in the first film, all three tales are interconnected by "the Creep," an undead host with a penchant for maniacal cackling.

    Childhood classic revisited.

    As my title suggests, this, along with it's predecessor, Creepshow, were VHS staples in my household growing up. Now that I've found a used copy of part two for a great price (buy used over brand new any day), it's great revisiting the three tales of terror that while they didn't make you laugh as much as the first film's stories, they freaked you out with the occasional chuckle, esepically The Hitchhiker. My Dad and I used to always tell my Mom when ever she drove "Thanks for the ride, lady!" A solid addition to your collection if you're patient enough to find an older copy at a great price. Just don't watch part three. Watch Tales from the Darkside, Trilogy of Terror, Tales from the Hood, and Trick 'r Treat over Creepshow 3. You'll thank me for it.
