Great replacement!
This is exactly the right part - OEM and not some knock-off. Be aware that Ford slightly crimp the end of the threaded parts to provide a locking effect, so you won't be able to thread in the screws very far by hand - there's nothing wrong with the plates. If you are like me and worry about stuff like that, chase down the thread with an M10x1.5 tap. If you are using new screws I strongly recommend relieving them of their coat of locking compound. That and a crimped tube, rust, and the passage of years to let the whole lot lock up and required me to drill and punch out the old screws - my impact wrench turned up to 110 PSI woldn't touch them. Top tip: Use PB Blaster for rust, there's nothing better.
