It just doesn't work at all and being an item 'of personal nature' it's not returnable. I have a mains powered epilator which works very well and I wanted the battery one for traveling. I bought JML as a recognised brand. This item is useless.

Not good
Very disappointed with this product is does not do any of the things it is advertised as doing. It did not remove one hair. The only thing is does do is spin and make a noise.

Not very smooth on face.
It works fine, but a bit rough on skin, not very smooth. Only tried it once waiting to see how long it takes to have to use it again.
