    I can't say enough good things about this merchant. Apparently USPS stopped updating the tracking so he decided the package must have been lost, and sent another one. Not a cheap item to replace! He then left me a nice note about the situation. Next day part has arrived. Very honest and diligent seller. Excellent in appearance. The condition was new. Quality is good. Price was acceptable. The digital Instructions for download are satisfactory for the job. Capacitors in the kit are cross referenced to the Service Manual however the Transistors and diodes are not. I’m satisfied overall with my purchase. Thanks!

    A good quality 12AX7 tube that is value priced

    I was impressed with the performance of these tubes. The 12AX7 has become scarce in the marketplace and when sourced tend to be very expensive. For ordinary audio preamplifiers, these work fine. The brand is not American-made, but seems equal in performance.

    Excellent tube with a slight high end boost !

    This is a terrific tube. I have tried many tubes in the past on this guitar pre-amp. This one and others of the same make and specs has a higher power output and more clarity in the highs while keeping a nice but slightly lower mid range. The bass response is just fine though resulting in a nice crisp sound !

    Solid tube

    Bought this as a replacement pre-amp tube in my Vox Valvetronix AD100VT-XL amp. Though it's a hybrid amp and not powered by the tube, it plays a big part in the circuitry (namely the gain), tone and overall output. Packs a powerful output while remaining clean and little to no background noise or interference. It is very warm and wide tonally speaking. Before this EH I was using a Mesa Boogie tube and I like this much better. Less bite and gain to the distortion, but you can still crank it and get a wicked good modern rectified sound. Overall very pleased with the performance, sound and quality of this item. Well made. Would buy again.

    Orange micro dark + EH 12ax7= WOW

    just installed one as a replacement for a jj tesla.... hfs!!!! it sounds clearer, bell like cleans, louder and thicker when pushed. had to cut my normal gain and volume settings because it was a noticeable difference in volume. if you have a md, install one to receive tonal glory :)

    Super-low noise floor and sounds awesome!

    The best tubes for a tube preamp if you want it to have a low noise floor and sound great! I used these in a Bellari RP220 and cannot recommend them highly enough!
