Radiator TRV
Direct replacement for existing TRVs; however, the kit provides all of the parts you need to replace the whole unit. This only replaces rhe TRV, but not the stop valve too.

I have these on all my radiators and they work fine, this is the 3rd I have had to replace (different radistors) in 15 years so not too bad.
