I messaged the seller at first, before opening the boxes, because I received 3 boxes instead of 10 I anticipated, not realizing they had been repacked. Had that detail been in the description, I wouldn't have bothered them, but I appreciate their responsiveness. I'll be a repeat customer.

He sent the package in a timely fashion and took care of an issue I had no questions asked. One of the pouches was missing a snap and the pack was missing a buckle and he sent replacements out right away. I wish more businesses operated with customer satisfaction at the forefront. He quickly responded to my concerns with respect. His price was reasonable and the kit was in great shape. I highly recommend this seller.
