So awesome! It took a few tries for us to figure out how to jimmy the pizza peel with enough confidence to get the pizza into the oven without mishap— but now we are really good at it! So easy to set up and use. A great purchase.
It takes a little practice. The back is way hotter than the front so you need to rotate the pizza about half way through (30 seconds). I initially ran it at high but I've since heated it up on high, then turned it down to about 3/4 to cook. The stone is still "high hot" so the bottom gets some char and the top doesn't cook faster than the bottom.
