Despite the fact the seller made a perfectly legible shipping label and protected it with tape, my package went on a several month tour of the U.S. That is until I called a small little town post office a thousand miles away and was able to get someone to stop the madness. The seller went above and beyond to ship the product properly. Very impressed...less so with USPS.

(India Post and USPS don't communicate very well, but the seller was in constant contact with me about where the pen was on the way, which I appreciate! Thank you WOODEX!
