The item, psu etc arrived quickly and very safely, packed separately in lots of bubble wrap. But the stand was missing, so I messaged them. They replied within hours. 24 hours later I had the missing stand. After I had told them "no rush"... 5 stars is too low a score!

On arrival a number of faults were found with the device, but the seller worked with me to reach an acceptable resolution. I was offered a full refund or a partial refund on the unit, and communication was good. The purchase didn't quite go according to plan, but the seller dealt with the problem well. Mistakes happen to the best of us, it's how you deal with it that counts.
