    I ordered a product from this seller and they sent me the wrong product because the listing is actually wrong so i was returning it but i made a mistake after i printed the return label and accidentally touched the cancel return button i still returned the item as per ebay agent and the seller has received it back but hasnt sent my refund nor will they reply to my many many messages about the issue.     Product is great but seller never replied to repeated communication. I did reorder from them once price of product changed and high shipping per item was removed. I didn’t want to buy 10 items w/a $10 shipping charge and then discover that if I didn’t get what was advertised. A little communication goes a long way. Would have bought all 11 first time had they taken time to respond.

    Great Hair Care Product.

    I've been using this product for a couple years now. I love how clean it is and what it does for my hair without adding a lot of product feel to the finish. I would recommend this to anyone searching for a great hair care product. I wish it was more reasonable priced though.

    fresh smelling, subtle, lightweight holding power that is super easy to use

    There really is nothing quite like this product.....from the pleasant, clean smelling scent to the ease of spreading even a very small amount throughout, it would stand out. But it's also just the right lightness, and it holds the style delicately but firmly enough to keep a natural, non-wet look. In fact, people are rarely aware its even present, so if you want a light but durable hold that easy to rinse out that remains subtle yet long lasting (all day) this product is worth trying for yourself---and even the most sensitive nose will appreciate the fresh but not overbearing scent.

    Wonderful product!

    I’ve been looking for a styling product that will smooth my hair and style it without making it feel so dirty. This product is wonderful. It makes my hair soft and shiny while holding it in place.

    Love this gel

    I have been using this hair gel for several years. I use in conjunction with some other redken styling products for my fine hair. It works well and has a wonderful clean scent.
