The teal green motor wasn't in package, however another motor was that I needed anyways. A big plus as paid for two motors and received two motors. A+ Seller. Seller's packaging saved this piece from certain ruin! Seller answered all of my numerous questions and went so far as to dismantle an item he was selling to get me a specific part I required. Using the "best offer" feature to lure a buyer in and refuse to honor it is not it's intended purpose! ...then a month later, lower the price to the offered price anyway is highly unethical" !!! Point is, "you don't use the best offer feature to lure buyers in, then ignore offers"! ...or at best, respond with "the 50¢ off a $100 attitude" as so many sellers do now! It's insulting and extremely infuriating! eBay was designed with fair bartering in mind, not bait and infuriate!
