The seller was super sweet about all of it and I was very impressed with their customer service! Packaging was done well but could have had an inner bag for their protection. Pants were as described with no defects. I've purchased several Trust linen pants from K&G Men's Store and really like the colors. This color is very nice and neutral and will make a good addition to my others pants.
