The PCGS case received a surface crack during the shipping process, judging by the seller photos which showed no such damage. Upon close inspection, the coin seems unaffected by this, but the damage is distracting (see photo below). I will have to submit to PCGS for re-encapsulation. The shipping package was not well padded to withstand the trip through customs and US mail.

How can shipping be reliable? But I really loved this coin, and coinsberg was the only place I could find that had it for sale. With the EBay guarantee and coinsberg's excellent rating, I figured the risk wasn't that high. I ordered this coin + 4 others. They arrived weeks before expected. Packaging was excellent. I have only note about the packaging. On such long shipping between two countries, it's a good idea to put the coin in an extra piece of cardboard so it doesn't break easily. However, to my delight, it arrived safe.
