Some used double layer NAND
These older SSDs are better value than modern ones, especially when you factor in their use of double layer NAND rather than triple or quadruple NAND. Such memory is faster and longer lasting than triple or quadruple layer NAND Samsung's Magician software is quite good in conjunction with these too. I didn't check to see whether these had been modified, so it's true that they might be fake or malicious. This was my first SSD. And well goddamn
Cheap cheerful, easy to install, runs perfectly , windows 10 now opens in a blink of an eye, RPCS3 (PS3 emulator) now runs the game Skate 3 at 1080p 60fps, up from 720p, (resolution scale even lower) 10fps due to the insane increase of data transfer rates, aaaand my last HDD was f*cking shocking. 10/10 would recommend.
