Always receive items within 3 days of purchase. ALWAYS packed well and items are in great condition. Never had to really communicate with seller because once payment is made, the process of shipping items is already set in motion. I understand with a high volume business issues do arise, what keeps me continue to be a customer is their customer service. I messaged them and put in a request for a refund at 6pm and the next day I was issued a refund and a message apologizing for their shortcomings. Items came in new and sealed condition, price was a great value and package well.
