These batteries are either OEM or very close. I’d definitely recommend this to others looking for a new 3DS battery. Very happy with the batteries I’ll attach two tests I did with them one with wireless off the other with it on.

Condition seemed new like was described and overall I'd say it was a great value as I was able to get a name brand Samsung remote for off brand prices and it shipped & arrived a lot faster than it would have from the Samsung website. Appearance was exactly like the photos and overall I would definitely buy again if needed.
