    book came in a plastic bag in a box. used condition shipping is fast enuf recommend the store and the book is an instructor of Julliard school of music Dan Ricigliano and it says something about everything. i studied this book for years before it disintergrated and was all falling apart from carrying it every day for many years then i must have left it in the store again the 1st time they threw it away and i found in the trash,this time cost me way more then the 1st one had.used quality

    Two of the three purchased Xbox 360 controllers arrived with issues making them not fully functional. Although this differed from the listing, the seller was more than accommodating to work with. Agreed on a compromise to refund two thirds of the cost paid and received a refund notice from eBay quickly. Seller was quick to respond to messages and easy to work with on this, turned what could've been a negative experience into a positive one. 10/10 A+ seller.

    A Fun Flick IF Your Equipment Can Play It!

    The movie itself is a lot of fun. Here's a bit of heresy: I like the movie's positive ending better than the Lewis Padgett original short story's rather negative ending. The only problem is being able to play this DVD. My new Sony Blu-ray player won't play it all, giving an error message that it is the wrong type of disc (?!) My DVD player plays it with lots of hangings and skippings. My computer plays it beautifully but does not allow any of the special features beyond subtitles and language selection! I've had other copies of this disc both new and rentals with identical results. Apparently the InfiniFilm process is too smart/advanced for mere home theaters, no matter how upscale. No wonder it is not used elsewhere. Perhaps it should be renamed IffyFilm?

    Widescreen Version of The Last Mimzy is Inferior to the Original

    This is a wonderfully entertaining movie. Sorry to say though, that the widescreen version is a poor hack of the original. I've compared the original to the widescreen version and noted that though the widescreen shows more picture detail in the horizontal, it chops off picture detail from the vertical. Invariably, the vertical detail lost was of far more interest and significance to the story than the horizontal detail gained.

    Wonderful, inspiring story that can entertain all

    Based on a loosely adapted 1943 science fiction short story "Mimsy Were the Borogoves" by Lewis Padgett, the film is a nice mix of mystery combined with the unexplainable forces that empower two children in ways that could turn out badly. Fortunately, the plot evolves toward the light. The small stuffed rabbit Mimzy turns out to be a voyger from the future trying to save humanity from itself. It is a tale that can enterain adults as well as children and is sutible for family viewing. The visual effects are restrained by moden standards and the film derives its punch the old fashioned way - by good story-telling.

    Clueless

    One Blu/DVD player, one DVD play, one PC, and two laptops would not load. I finally got a trial version of CyberLink PowerDVD and could then watch on the PC.

    Worth a watch.....

    Decent movie, more for teens and tweens though. pretty good acting and definitely not what I expected but worth a watch, good family movie night movie.....
